1. Learned a basic understanding of Mandarin from my boyfriend's mother
2. Taught her some English grammar lessons in return
3. Spent a night on the streets in freezing weather, using my backpack as a pillow
4. Auditioned for a national tour the morning after said night of camping out on the street
5. Got a callback for said audition
6. Wrote what seems like zillions of papers...
Ok, now I'm going to go work out. Inspired by the sudden drive to succeed (and comparing myself to Asian girl bands, which is a toxic idea but I do it anyway)
