100 Days

I follow a blog called Lessons from the Monk I Married, and one of the recent posts suggests that we all try to do something for 100 days in a row.

We do a lot of things like brush our teeth, shower, get out of the house... these are things we do every day but they don't count. What she means in the entry is that we try something for the better, and stick to it for a hundred days.

So I'm going to write every day. Where? Here! What will I write about, you ask? (Well, you don't ask, but I'm writing it anyway)

I'm going to do something for a hundred days. I'm going to eat healthy for one hundred days. Yes, that's what I'm going to do. Hell, if I can do it for a week I'll be proud of myself. This means no more pork buns for a long time. God, Chinese homemade food. Mmm. Goodbye dear friends...

So I'm going to try and start this. Let's get the ball rolling. I'm going to work really hard.

Peace love and cupcakes,
-Kate
