The quote is from one of my friend Remy's poems. As is the listing of cities. The poem he wrote was inspired by/written in the style of Ginsberg's Howl. Rockland and Rockport are from Howl. Remy wrote Seattle Portland Boston Camford as our (meaning him and all of his friends) version of Rockport. I copied that, added my own and then used his next line.
